This 2 days( 16 Hours) workshop is an
scientific overview of the multi-styles
of Myofascial Release that are effective
and easy on body. The workshop covers
the cervical, shoulder, lumbar, arms and
legs. It gives the participant an
excellent grasp on how to apply
Myofascial Release immediately into
their existing practice.
Definition of MFR, Classification(
Direct & Indirect, Intrinsic &
Extrinsic), Description of fascia [Basic
techniques (Feedback, Stretch, Hold,
Release, End-feel)], concept of postural
and phasic muscles( Vladimir Janda's
concept), MFR treatment concepts [ POE(T)],
Steps to MFR, MFR Techniques( Stroke
release, strum release, Focus strum,
Dural tube stretch and combination
stretch.
Two-Point Technique for Deep Transverse
Planes of Fascia.Pelvic/Urogenital-Lumbar-Abdomen,
Respiratory-Solar Plexus, Thoracic

Superficial release of the paraspinal
